    MoEngage’s workforce strength crosses 500, will hire 300 more this year

    MoEngage, the leading insights-led customer engagement platform, has managed to achieve a workforce strength of over 500 in the past year or so.

    “We had 20+ employees in 2016 and are proud to have grown to over 500 in just six years,” says Raviteja Dodda, CEO & co-founder, MoEngage.

    The Company has been growing significantly in the last two years, and has therefore been expanding its teams too, across India, the US, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and LATAM. It intends to hire 300 more globally by the end of financial year 2022.

    In the last 18 months, MoEngage — which has headquarters in Bengaluru and San Francisco — has managed to add more than 500 new customers, including Titan, The Body Shop, Domino’s Pizza, HT Media Group, Hindustan Petroleum, CIMB Bank, XL Axiata and other brands. It also has digital first brands such as Flipkart, Byju’s, Sharechat, AudioMack, Atom Finance, Policy Bazaar, Payactiv, Shopsy, Bayut, Mamararth and Wazirx on its list of clients.

    With offices across eight countries, MoEngage provides AI-powered insights-led customer engagement solutions and platforms to over 1,000 enterprises globally.

    Quite recently, the Company strengthened its leadership team, with Prasun Choudhury joining as senior director solutions engineering; Narasimha Rao Ponnekanti as general manager sales – IMEA; Kunal Badiani, senior director, sales to lead the expansion efforts in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) regions; Mangesh Chaudhari, director of growth and strategy, MENA region; Madhu Nair – VP product marketing; Aditi Ravi – senior director partnerships; Jaydip Sikdar – senior director, customer success; Sweta Duseja – director of customer success-MEA and Jeff Paiva , director-marketing, LATAM region.

    “We have encouraged customer-centricity, responsibility, commitment, and excellence across the organisation, urging our teams to keep doing everything we can to help our customers succeed and build stronger businesses,” says Dodda.
