    100 vacancies for engineers at NBCC

    The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has put up a recruitment notice on its official website for civil (80) and electrical engineer (20) posts, on a contract basis.

    NBCC is a Central public-sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. There are 100 vacancies, which initially offer work for two years to the candidates.

    The link is yet to be posted and will be active until December 15 under “CAREER within Human Resources” on the official website- www.nbccindia.com. Interested candidates cannot be over the age of 35. The age will be counted from 15 December onwards.

    Eligibility criteria includes a minimum requirement of 60 per cent of marks for general candidates. Candidates in the reserved category need to have attained at least 55 per cent in their BE/BTech degree in relevant fields. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience for either post. A relaxation of one-year experience is offered for candidates who have completed the MTech course. Candidates with computer proficiency will be preferred.

    There is no application fee for reserved categories. However, general and OBC need to pay Rs 500 for the application form. This application fee is non-refundable, and has to be paid via debit/credit card or net banking.

    The job locations are mostly for Delhi NCR, Odisha and Jharkhand. It is tentative to change depending on the project requirements.

    Benefits will include a consolidated remuneration of Rs, 42,500 per month with annual PLI, medical reimbursement of Rs. 6,000 per annum, mobile facility and PF/gratuity as per company rules.
