Recently, the Ireland-headquartered PM Group, an international project delivery specialist, celebrated its 10 years of establishment in India. The PM Group has further announced its extensive expansion plan in India as a part of its international business strategy for 2022–25.

Within the next three years, the company aims to recruit more than 150 workers for their Bangalore office. The company is looking forward to recruiting mechanical, process, electrical, and instrumental engineers and project managers with prior experience working in food, pharma, mission/critical data centres, and other related sectors.

The Bangalore office is very crucial as a centre of excellence for multi-office execution to support multi-million-dollar projects across the world. Bangalore also offers abundant human resources in the required sector, which is another reason why the city remains an important market for the PM Group.

“The employee’s dedication, energy, and enthusiasm have enabled us to grow substantially in response to our client’s needs. For our expansion, we welcome and encourage anyone who supports teamwork and innovation and maintains the business’ integrity, quality, and safety,” said Anandhi Sathamurthy, managing director at PM Group India. He further added, that this is a great milestone in the company’s history, and they want to celebrate their team’s achievements.

The PM Group India has grown from an office of 25 employees to a team of 150 employees, over the last 10 years. For its future expansion plan, the company aims to double this number by 2025.

The reason behind the success of PM Group India is its adaptability to different environments and its inclusive workspace. The company also offers many employee perks, like the hybrid working model, flexible working hours, maternity leave, and so on.
