QuEST Global, the global product engineering services company will hire 3,000 engineers in Kerala in the next two years, as part of its plans to expand its operations in the region. A mix of freshers and laterals is going to be welcomed into the Company to maintain stability and an ideal balance.
The Company wishes to focus on different sectors such as embedded software and digital technologies including cloud, data engineering, data science, as well as IoT.
By associating with colleges in the regions where it operates, the Company aims to hire freshers directly and help them lessen the time they spend trying to find a job.
The product engineering company, which provides services in aero engines, aerospace and defense, hi-tech and industrial, medical devices, oil and gas, power and transportation sectors.
It has offices around the globe, in 13 countries including the US, Canada, Singapore, the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Sweden, Romania, Japan and India. As of today, its employee strength is over 11,500, globally.
Early this year, in April, the engineering solutions provider had announced its intention to add over 3,000 employees to its India team over the course of the year. The majority of its global workforce is based in India, working out of its centres across nine Indian cities including Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad as well as Belgaum and Vadodara.
