Financial services provider, TresVista has announced its plans to double its employee strength to over 2,000 by the end of this calendar year. Spread over three office locations in Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru, TresVista will hire freshers and experienced professionals with dynamic skillsets for strategic business and scaled expansion.
Sudeep Mishra, co-founder and managing director, TresVista, reveals how their “employee base has increased more than threefold since 2017 to our current strength of over 1,100”, which has “helped us match our business growth across delivery centres and add new service lines”.
TresVista has a high demand for its services and this momentum is expected to continue for the next several years. As Mishra says, “Our increasing rate of growth is a testament to our ever-expanding and supportive client base. This visibility allows to aggressively hire, train, and develop the best talent with a long-term outlook”.
As part of the expansion plans, with over 1,000 people expected to join TresVista this year, the Company hopes to make co-related investments in employee engagement, in-depth training and induction, office infrastructure, and other intangible investments towards a diverse and inclusive office culture.
The hiring will be done from 30+ top institutions and colleges — including several IIMs, NMIMS, Christ University, the University of Delhi, and so on — for placements across cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, and others.
Further, the Company is gearing to launch another delivery centre in Europe in 2024, open new offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, and continue investmenting in positive employee experience.
