To transform talent acquisition, ZF Group has announced the launch of its Employer Branding Metaverse, a cutting-edge virtual environment. This platform allows candidates to explore ZF’s brand, corporate culture, and opportunities in an immersive virtual world.

The Metaverse has been largely developed with internal resources and supports both the attracting of new talent and providision of new opportunities for existing employees, particularly in future-oriented technology areas.

Moreover, it features direct recruitment tools allowing candidates to schedule one-on-one meetings with recruiters via an integrated online calendar. This can be done either through video conferencing or within a Metaverse interview room, using avatars.

It also includes employee spotlights and live events for real-time interaction and engagement, as well as an interactive coin game where users earn coins by engaging with content, making the learning experience about the company’s milestones and innovations gamified and enjoyable.

Furthermore, the Metaverse also features a global space providing comprehensive information about ZF’s objectives and global reach, complemented by five regional spaces that spotlight specific countries and regions where ZF operates. These dedicated zones cater to local nuances and professional opportunities, showcasing the company’s extensive footprint and inclusive culture.

In addition to external recruitment, the Metaverse will host virtual career fairs, allowing hiring managers to promote open positions and interact directly with internal candidates in confidential virtual interview rooms, supporting the company’s focus on internal mobility and career development. Further internal use cases are being developed for global rollout.

Akash Passey, president, ZF Group India, commented on the launch saying, “This immersive virtual space will allow potential candidates to experience ZF’s company culture, work environment and services firsthand. In our virtual world, candidates will get a real-time glimpse into what it’s like to work at ZF Group. They can virtually interact with hiring managers, understand the various positions and career options open to them, and get a feel of our collaborative work culture and innovative practices that impact the future of mobility.”
