[24]7.ai, a provider of digital business services and Customer Experience (CX) products and solutions, has elevated Nina Nair to chief human resource officer (CHRO) for its Global BPO business. In this new role, Nair will take on the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of personnel management for the BPO business.

Her focus will be on advancing HR technology, identifying and nurturing promising talent, managing succession planning, supporting projects to enhance effectiveness for Generation AI, ensuring proper governance of HRD processes, and promoting a cohesive culture at [24]7.ai.

Nair’s association with the company goes back 2003, when she first joined as its manager–training in April. Nine months into this role, she was promoted to general manager-learning and development in Dec. 2003. In 2006, she was then elevated to the role of vice president-L&D for India.

In the year 2007, Nair was elevated to the role of vice president-HRD for India.

A little over four years into this role, in 2011, Nair moved to Indian Institute of Human Settlements, an institution dedicated to sustainable urban development, as its chief people officer (CPO). She also served on the board of trustees for the Live Love Laugh Foundation, an NGO focused on mental health awareness, from 2015 to 2018.

In 2017, she returned to [24]7.ai and joined as its senior vice president and HRD head for India & Americas. Nair was instrumental in developing human resource development strategies for the organisation.

Prior to her corporate career, Nair spent 13 years as an educator, positively impacting the lives of students.

She holds a post-graduate degree in Economics from Annamalai University.

Welcoming Nair and speaking on the recent appointment, Animesh Jain, chief operating officer, [24]7.ai pointed out how her “new leadership role is closely aligned with our vision for the organisation’s future. ” He is confident that her experience “will drive our company toward continued success in the area of HRD.”
