His next stop was the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, which saw him working out of Radisson Hotel Kandla, in Gandhidham, Gujarat. There, he worked as manager – HR & training for almost three years, before moving to Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad, Banjara Hills in a similar capacity.

After spending three successful years at Carlson Rezidor, Kataria joined the Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2016. He served as HR manager for over five years at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata, before moving to Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh in 2021. For the last 11 months, he was with Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh, as part of the pre-opening team.

Nandan Parab is an alumnus of University of Mumbai, from where he obtained a degree in hotel and tourism management studies. His association with the hotel industry began with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, as assistant restaurant manager, in 2008. Over three years later, he joined IHG Hotels & Resorts, as restaurant manager. In 2014, he joined The Orchid, Mumbai, as banquet manager. A year later, he moved to The Westin Mumbai Garden City, as restaurant manager.

His next stop was Hyatt Regency, where he joined as outlet manager in 2016. A little over a year later, he moved to Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway.

The year 2018 saw him playing the role of food and beverage manager at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort. By 2022, he was elevated to director of food and beverage.
