Backed by over two decades of experience, Nagpurkar has spent at least 14 years in core HR, across HR strategy, performance management, HR operations, HR ERP system implementation, organisational change management, talent management, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, and 10 years in business domain with exposure to strategy management, planning & marketing information system, business process consulting and business process reengineering.

After a long and successful stint at Mahindra and Mahindra (Automotive, farm equipment and agri business) Nagpurkar moved on to Polycab in 2014, as AGM HR- Generalist. There he handled business HR operations for solar, pumps business as well corporate functions, leading COE comprising PMS, R&R, policies and processes and administration for head office.

His next stop was Garware Technical Fibres, where he joined general manager – corporate HR, in 2017. There, his focus was to formulate long-term HR strategy in line with business needs and its translation into annual operating plan.

Less than two years later, he moved on to Mahindra CIE Automotive, as head – human resource development, based out of Pune. During his stint there, from 2018 to 2020, his role required him to manage HR across 10 plants spanning across India.
