Sarang Brahme has joined Capgemini for a second stint. While he was programme manager-candidate experience and employer branding when he moved on from Capgemini in 2022, he has now returned as director-talent attraction.

Backed by over two decades of experience, Sarang Brahme is a commerce graduate who began his professional journey as executive-Web promotions at Wonderfulbuys.com in 2003. After dabbling in search engine marketing for over a year, he moved on to OS2i as e-recruitment specialist, in July of 2004. Less than two years later, he was promoted to pre-sales manager/trials manager, in April 2006. Another promotion made him manager-client services in January of 2008, heading a team of four managers and 40 e-recruitment specialists.

After a short while as manager-client services, Verve OS2i, Sarang Brahme joined Capgemini as senior and strategic hiring-sourcing, in June of 2009. Less than two years later, he was elevated to social recruiting lead-India.

Almost three years into this role, he was elevated to global lead-social recruiting. Another promotion made him senior manager-global social recruiting and talent branding in 2017. Just over three years into this role, he was elevated yet again to programme manager-candidate experience and employer branding.

After 13 years of successful association with Capgemini, Sarang Brahme had decided to move to ShareChat to head employer (talent)branding, in June of 2022.

August of 2024 was witness to Brahme taking up the role of senior employer, brand strategist with GoDaddy. For the next almost year and a half, he was leading recruitment marketing, talent attraction events, and employee advocacy programmes.

He is a founding member of Recruiting Adda, a community established in 2012, with the purpose of providing a networking and learning platform to recruiters.

He is also a founding member of the Employer Brand Collective, a platform launched in 2022 for EB professionals to exchange ideas, share and learn.
