SG Analytics hires Kiran Bala as CHRO

The global insights and analytics company has recently roped in Kulwinder Singh as chief marketing officer, Ankit Rastogi as head of financial and consulting services and Nishant Singh as head of products

Kiran Bala has taken charge as the CHRO at SG Analytics (SGA), a global insights and analytics company. She comes with more than 18 years of experience leading high-performance HR teams in global companies.

In this new role, Bala will lead SG Analytics’ global HR strategy to improve operational effectiveness and align it with the Company’s business priorities as it continues along its explosive growth path. She will work along with SGA’s global HR team and senior leaders to design programmes that focus on employer brand, employee experience and talent practices.

Prior to this appointment, Bala was the head of HR at UST BlueConch, a global product and platform engineering company.

According to Sushant Gupta, founder & CEO, SG Analytics, the Company “has grown phenomenally in terms of revenue and team members”. Over 50 per cent of its 1,100 strong team was added in the last three years.

Gupta is aware that “leading a talented and global workforce is an essential ingredient for our success” and is confident that Bala’s “extensive global experience, clear vision, and strong leadership skills will help us attract, grow, and provide a career-defining experience to our team members”.

Bala has worked with companies such as SKF, Persistent Systems, Schaeffler Group, IBM and Mahindra.
