Credgenics, the global SaaS-based collections and debt-recovery technology platform, has appointed Sukhpreet Singh as head – HR.

Singh, who is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, comes with over 12 years of experience.

He began his career with VitalSmarts India as a consultant – talent and leadership. For almost five years, he helped clients design leadership and mid-management learning journeys, before moving to Aeon Hewitt, in 2014, where he managed the talent and performance practice for the northern region.

Three years later, in 2017, he joined Concentrix as senior manager – talent and leadership development. He was primarily responsible for overall strategy formulation and management of critical talent.

His next stop was Jombay, where he served a short six-month long stint as senior performance consultant.

In 2019, he joined Lenskart.com as head – HR. For almost two and a half years, he successfully lead the complete employee lifecycle of the retail organisation’s over 2000 employees across over 600 stores.

He moved on to mPokket as head of human resources in 2021, and served a tenure of a little over a year before being roped in by Credgenics.

In this new assignment — with the provider of loan collections and debt recovery technology solutions for banks, NBFCs, ARCs and digital lending firms worldwide — Singh’s focus will be on driving a people-centric culture and establishing a strong values-driven framework building on his more than 11 years of experience.

Other than Singh, few more additions have been made to the Credgenics leadership team. Vibhor Singhal has joined as head – engineering, Nitin Garg has been appointed head – marketing, Asvini Krishnan is the new head – finance, Aakash Agarwal has been roped in as head – data science, Abhishek Sharma will be director of sales and Manjari Lakshmanan the head of product.

Rishabh Goel, co-founder and CEO, Credgenics is confident that “the new leadership team will propel us into the next orbit of growth.”

Anand Agrawal, co-founder and CTO, Credgenics feels that, “the addition of the leadership team with diverse expertise and skills will help us move ahead in our vision to establish Credgenics as a global leader in the debt recovery space.”
