Turtlemint Fintech Solutions has appointed Monica Anshul Mishra as chief human resources officer, strengthening its leadership team as it scales its advisor network and digital platform.
The company stated the appointment reflects its focus on building a future-ready and people-first organisation, with an emphasis on enhancing organisational capabilities and leadership depth alongside technology and distribution expansion.
She moves from Fibe, formerly EarlySalary, where she served as CHRO and was responsible for strengthening organisational culture, driving transformation initiatives, building leadership capability and institutionalising HR best practices to improve employee experience. Prior to that, she has held roles at Yes Bank, Catwalk Worldwide, Reliance Retail and Nicholas Piramal India.
The management said that as Turtlemint enters its next phase of growth, building organisational capabilities and leadership depth would be as critical as scaling its technology and distribution ecosystem. It noted that Mishra brings a combination of business understanding and strategic HR leadership with experience in building people practices for high-growth organisations, and expressed confidence in her contribution to strengthening culture and enabling sustainable scale.
Mishra expressed delight to join Turtlemint, which she described as having built a strong technology-led culture centred on its advisor community and its people. She indicated that she would focus on strengthening future-ready capabilities, enhancing organisational agility and leadership, and fostering an environment where people are supported, heard and empowered to do their best work, while partnering with the leadership team to make people and culture a key enabler of growth.
Beyond functional expertise, Mishra is recognised for her business acumen and people-first approach, having partnered closely with CXOs and boards on talent strategy, engagement, leadership development and transformation.
In her new role, she will lead Turtlemint’s people agenda, with focus on human-capital architecture, leadership depth and high-performance culture.
