The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has opened up 37 posts in human resources. Five out of these are for HR manager and 32 for junior executive-HR.
For HR manager, the salary will be in the range of Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000. The post requires five years of work experience in executive cadre in the field of human resources. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a graduate and have completed a full-time MBA— two years programme—with specialisation in human resource management, human resource development, personnel management, industrial relations or labour welfare.
For the post of junior executive-HR, the salary will be in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 with the educational qualification required remaining the same. However, there is no prerequisite of prior experience as in the case of HR manager.

K Srinivasa Rao, general manager-HR, has clarified that no websites or agencies have been authorised by AAI, either to show vacant positions on their sites or to accept any application for recruitment for AAI’s vacancies.

In addition, AAI has opened up vacancies for 871 other posts in the fields of finance, fire services, technical, electrical engineer, commercial, electronics, air traffic control, civil engineering and official language. Maximum number of vacancies are for the post of manager-electronics —324—followed by junior executive-air traffic control— 200.
