Adecco Group had launched a unique ‘CEO for One Month’ programme in 2017, where young leaders are chosen to work with the CEO of the Group for a month. Out of 1,17,500 applicants from across the world, the Company has finally shortlisted 10 candidates.

The finalists who have qualified are: Edmund Rowley and Kamal Broadhead, United Kingdom; David Alexander and Torres Riano, Columbia; Valeria Melendez, Peru; Eksakul Charoensupkul, Thailand; Ann-Sophie Kowalewski, Germany; Lo An Lin, Taiwan; Yulian Silyanovski, Bulgaria; Hakon Halvorsen Wik, Norway; Maxime le Tellier, France; Sydney Christine Rieckhoff, USA.

These selected young leaders will take part in a boot camp from 11 to 14 September. During this period, they will go through various solo and team challenges based on real-life CEO scenarios. Finally, one young leader will be selected to work with the CEO and will assist him in running the business. After a month, the selected young leader will be offered a dream job in the Company according to his experience, skills and aspirations.

The 10 finalists were shortlisted from national level ‘CEOs for One Month’ programme which ran in 48 countries where Adecco runs its operations.

The programme is part of the Adecco Group’s Way to Work programme, which addresses the unemployment issue by providing work experience opportunities, internships and career support.

Adecco Group CEO, Alain Dehaze, said that “’CEO for One Month’ is part of our commitment to tackle the global problem of youth unemployment through on-the-job training. It is a unique opportunity for young people around the world, and it has also boosted our talent pipeline, with many top candidates joining us and our customers after the programme”.
