A People Capital Index study has also been released at the event and 50 Indian companies that ranked highest on PCI were felicitated.

Forty best young HR leaders from a pool of over 650 professionals were felicitated at the Leading From Behind Summit. The winners were chosen by a jury comprising corporate and HR biggies of India, for having leveraged technology and innovation in the course of doing commendable work in leadership and organisational development.

The jury consisted of Yash Mahadik, Shanta Vallury, Rajkamal Vempati, Dr. PV Murthy, Prabir Jha, Dhananjay Singh, Govind Ethiraj, Keshav Sanghi and Roma Balwani.

Leadership potential assessment, learning agility assessment and behavioural event assessment played an important part in the selection of the winners.

People Capital Index (PCI)—inspired by the Human Capital Index—published by the World Economic Forum for various countries, was also released at the Summit. PCI aims to be an indicator of employee perception of how well organisations are developing their people capital. 50 Indian companies that ranked highest on PCI were felicitated.

May be could be rated on the Gallup Q-12 scale by their team members in terms of their effectiveness in talent attraction and talent retention capabilities, selecting and developing for talent.

Hope this initiative promotes hr excellence amidst young hr professionals, learning from their inspiring stories, which hope could be shared with each HR Katha.

      CONGRATS to ALL.
