UST, the digital transformation solutions provider, is gearing to add about a 1,000 more techies to its already 1,000+ team. Within two years, the Company, founded by businessman G A Menon in 1999 in California, hopes to double its team size.

The Hyderabad centre, spread across 35,000 sq. ft in Telangana, was launched in 2018 with a team 250 employees, and the capacity for 400 seats. Today, its headcount has crossed 1,000.

Over the next year and a half, the Thiruvananthapuram and California-registered Company will continue hiring full-stack developers as well as automation engineers for various positions, in the products and services for healthcare, retail, and manufacturing clients.

Presently, UST has presence in 25 nations and has a global workforce that is more than 26,000 strong, working out of 35 offices. About 15,000 of the employees are India-based, with at least 6,000 working out of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram and about 4,500 from Bengaluru.

The revenue per year for UST stands at US$1 billion. The Company is waiting for normalcy and for its employees to return to office to resume hiring with renewed gusto. Interestingly, UST took on over 500 people even during the pandemic, for its delivery centres in Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Pune, Hosur, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR.

The Company is engaged in providing advanced digital transformation services, products, and platforms to Global 2000 and Fortune 500 enterprises across the globe.
