Trianz has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Prasad as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective July 2026. Based in Bengaluru, the company said the leadership hire will support its global scale-up of ‘Concierto’ , its agentic AI-powered multi-cloud platform.

Sanjeev Prasad brings close to three decades of experience in building and transforming people functions across India’s technology sector. His mandate at Trianz will focus on nurturing high-performing engineering teams and embedding a people-first culture as the company drives AI-led transformation.

A significant portion of his career was spent at Samsung R&D Institute India – Bangalore. From September 2011 to January 2024, he served as senior director & head of the people team. During this period, he helped evolve the institute into Samsung’s largest R&D centre outside Korea, leading areas including compensation & benefits, learning & development, and talent strategy.

Prior to Samsung, Prasad was head HR – devices, India at Nokia from March 2008 to September 2011, where he managed compensation and change initiatives. He also led HR for Trilogy India as director – human resources between July 2005 and January 2008.

His early career includes a stint as AVP – HRD at marketRx in 2004, followed by an 8-year run at HCL Technologies from 1995 to 2003 as senior manager – HRD, handling compensation and business planning. He began as officer – HR at CMC from 1993 to 1995, focussing on change initiatives.

An XLRI Jamshedpur postgraduate, Prasad is expected to align Trianz’s people strategy with its growth ambitions while keeping human judgement at the core of its AI journey.
