Keys Hotels, a part of the Los Angeles-based Berggruen Group, has appointed Arindaam Banerjeea as general manager, human resources.

Banerjeea, who has earlier worked with The Oberoi Group’s Oberoi Flight Services, as head-HR (Kolkata & Chennai), brings with him over 18 years of experience in hiring the best talent to support and create ideal organisational values.

Commenting on the team expansion, Anshu Sarin, CEO, Berggruen Hotels, said, “Keys Hotels has emerged as one of the preferred hospitality brands in India for both guests and potential team members. With our brand promise of Happy Stays, introduced last year, we reiterate our commitment to our guests and more importantly to ourselves. With the intention to scale our growth, it is quintessential for us to strengthen our core team so as to deepen our brand penetration, bolster sales and strengthen our operations.”

Before joining the Oberoi Group, Banerjeea has worked as HR business partner with EIH and as head-HR with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
