Airspan Networks has appointed Triveni Parab as director, human resources – India, marking a new chapter in her 11-year journey with the telecom technology firm.

In her elevated role, Parab will oversee the company’s HR strategy across India. Her focus areas include talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and rolling out people-centric programmes designed to support business growth. The appointment underscores Airspan’s push to strengthen internal leadership as it scales operations in the Indian market.

Parab’s elevation comes after a steady rise within Airspan. She previously served as senior human resources manager from September 2021 to July 2026, and before that as human resources manager – India from February 2015 to August 2021. Across both roles, she led key HR initiatives and helped shape the company’s employee experience over a 11-year 7-month tenure.

Her career graph reflects consistent growth in HR leadership. Parab began her professional journey as HR-executive at Corporate Support Services in Navi Mumbai from June 2009 to June 2011, building foundational experience in HR operations.

She then moved to Concorde Motors India as HR from November 2011 to June 2013 followed by a stint as senior executive–corporate HR at Triton Group from June 2013 to January 2015. These early roles helped her develop expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.

With a master’s degree in Human Resources and a Diploma in HR Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Parab brings more than 15 years of experience to her new position. Airspan noted her deep institutional knowledge and focus on people-first leadership will be key to driving the next phase of growth in India.

HRKatha wishes Triveni Parab all the best in her new role!
