After almost two and a half years as human resource specialist with Prudential Insurance Brokers, Ashvin Falcon has taken up the role of senior vice president -talent acquisition at Aon, the global financial services company.
Falcon began his professional journey as a research officer with Personnel Search Service Group, in 2002. Two years later, he moved to GNV Resource Management as research executive. He joined as team lead at Kelly Services in 2005.
Two years into this role, he switched to Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers as deputy manager-HR.
August of 2012 saw him joining Aon Global Insurance Brokers as manager-human resources. Over two years into this role, he moved to Alliance Insurance Brokers, as chief manager-talent acquisition.
He was back with Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers in November of 2018 to head talent acquisition.
In March of 2020, he returned to Alliance Insurance Brokers for a second stint, as vice president-HR. Over three and a half years later, he took up the role of HR specialist at Prudential Insurance Brokers.
Now, at Aon, he will be tasked with spearheading talent acquisition strategies to enhance human capital investment across India. As SVP-talent acquisition, he will work closely with regional teams to align recruitment efforts with organisational growth objectives.
