Quick Heal Technologies, the cybersecurity and data protection solutions company, has announced the launch of its Employee Value Proposition (EVP). With its brand new EVP statement, ‘Empowering to Unleash Your Potential’, Quick Heal is furthering its commitment to current and future employees. The EVP is built on three strategic pillars – fostering innovation, customer centricity, learning & growth — specially designed to empower employees to unleash their full potential.

With the launch of its EVP, Quick Heal hopes to retain and attract top talent in the competitive cybersecurity space where there is an acute dearth of skilled workforce, globally. The customer-centric EVP has been engineered to support its employees’ ambitions and passion without losing sight of its customers.

Reetu Raina, chief human resources officer, Quick Heal Technologies, shares that the Company appreciates the “unmatched value our employees bring to the table, be it in terms of innovation, sales, revenues, or just good work. Our EVP will enable us to attract and retain the wealth of talent who are so critical for our success.”

Raina is confident that the EVP “will not only enable our employees to unleash their true potential but also make a profound difference to our customers’ lives by securing their digital experience.”

Initiatives such as ‘Ideathon’ have helped to unleash the creative thinking and decision-making skills of employees by allowing them to solve a cybersecurity-related problem in real-time.

Avishkar is another platform that allows employees to present, share, process and execute creative ideas. The e-learning platforms Edx, Pluralsight and Micro – X learning have been specially-designed to cater to the learning needs of its employees through active participation and live quizzing.

The EVP comes at a time when Quick Heal has accelerated its innovation efforts to launch new products and services in the enterprise cybersecurity space. The Company’s enterprise arm, Seqrite, has recently launched ‘Seqrite Hawkk’, a unique proposition aimed at empowering CISOs and IT leaders to secure their organisation’s digital transformation journey. In the first phase, Seqrite will offer a cloud-powered centralised security-management platform and will soon get into data privacy, zero trust, endpoint detection response (EDR) and other next-generation solutions, as well as cloud-powered network security products.
