As a part of our selection process, entries will be shortlisted by the HRKatha Editorial board, and a jury of three senior HR professionals — Adil Malia, chief executive, The Firm; Prabir Jha, founder and CEO, Prabir Jha People Advisory and P Dwarakanath, former chairman, GSK Consumer Healthcare. The top nine entries will then be interviewed by the jury to select the top three. This process ensures that the winners are selected purely based on merit and not favouritism.

This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to network with other professionals in the industry and gain exposure to the latest trends and developments. The Contest hopes to offer a chance to learn, grow and connect with other HR professionals and take their careers to the next level.

The jury process is not only important for selecting the winners but also for providing feedback and recognition to all participants. It’s an opportunity for HR professionals to grow and learn from the insights of the jury members.”
