In today’s fast-paced business environment, the role of HR professionals has become increasingly critical. Human resource professionals are responsible for ensuring that organisations have the right talent, the right culture, and the right policies and procedures in place to support business growth and success. In recognition of their vital contributions to the industry, HRKatha is proud to announce The 50 Great HR Minds Contest.

The Contest is unique in several ways. Open to HR professionals across all levels, sectors and designations, its high level of inclusiveness provides equal opportunity for all HR professionals to showcase their knowledge, skills and creativity, regardless of their background or experience.
The focus of the contest is on the most pressing and relevant issues facing the HR industry today. This approach enables HR professionals to share their insights and solutions to these challenges, contributing to the advancement of the HR profession as a whole.
“
The #50GreatHRMinds sets a high bar for excellence in the HR profession. As a jury member, I’m looking forward to seeing some of the best and brightest HR professionals showcase their skills and knowledge. A rigorous and unbiased jury process is crucial to maintain the credibility of the contest and ensure that the winners truly represent the best in the HR profession,”
P Dwarakanath, former chairman, GSK Consumer Healthcare
As a part of our selection process, entries will be shortlisted by the HRKatha Editorial board, and a jury of three senior HR professionals — Adil Malia, chief executive, The Firm; Prabir Jha, founder and CEO, Prabir Jha People Advisory and P Dwarakanath, former chairman, GSK Consumer Healthcare. The top nine entries will then be interviewed by the jury to select the top three. This process ensures that the winners are selected purely based on merit and not favouritism.
This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to network with other professionals in the industry and gain exposure to the latest trends and developments. The Contest hopes to offer a chance to learn, grow and connect with other HR professionals and take their careers to the next level.
“I’m excited to be a part of the #50GreatHRMinds Contest because it provides a platform to recognise the exceptional work of HR professionals and celebrate their achievements. The jury process is not only important for selecting the winners but also for providing feedback and recognition to all participants. It’s an opportunity for HR professionals to grow and learn from the insights of the jury members.”
