TresVista, the provider of high-end outsourced services, has expanded its Pune delivery centre, to cover 100,000 sq. ft. Simply put, its existing office space has been extended in line with the brand’s plans to double its workforce in India.

The global outsourcing firm intends to hire 5,000 employees, overall, in the next four years and is working towards launching its fifth office space in Bengaluru soon.

The Pune office will serve as its largest delivery centre in the country, and will be able to accommodate 700 employees. The overall capacity of the office has thus reached 1,300.

The friendly, comfortable and efficient workspace comprises a library, a medical room, and an open recreational room.

It is designed to seamlessly integrate all company functions, and establish an inclusive ecology. The open areas and breakout spaces are meant to promote a tranquil environment. There are pantries too, to incorporate an adaptable working style and an engaging, collaborative work culture into the infrastructure.

The focus of the Company is more on training and development, and it understands the need to update and refresh every employee’s skill set. It is part of the organisation’s culture to expand and diversify one’s knowledge constantly. To facilitate this, the new office space has a state-of-the-art training centre with sound-proof partitions that can seat more than 120.

The facility hopes to attract the best of talent and cater to the Company’s increasing client base worldwide.

The firm currently has a strong presence in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, New York, London and Singapore from where it serves over 1,000 clients across 80 countries and diverse asset classes.
