AdvantageClub.ai, a New Delhi-based employee engagement platform, has raised $4 million in a funding round led by Axilor Ventures. This latest infusion of capital brings the company’s total funding to $11 million and includes participation from AFG Ventures, Bytez Ventures, Prasanna Sarkar (Cofounder and ex-CTO of Rippling), and existing investors.

The funds will be used to expand operations in the United States and Asia, key markets for employee engagement solutions, while also advancing the company’s AI-driven offerings. AdvantageClub.ai aims to introduce new products in wellness, including outpatient department (OPD) plans, fitness initiatives, and programmes promoting healthy habits.

AdvantageClub.ai, which has built its foundation on employee recognition and rewards, reported doubling its revenue over the past year and securing high-profile clients. CEO Sourabh Deorah stated that the funding will strengthen their position in rewards and wellness, further develop AI capabilities, and support geographic expansion. COO Smiti Bhatt Deorah highlighted the platform’s focus on driving employee engagement and supporting HR goals such as retention, productivity, and cultural development.

Ganapathy Venugopal, CEO, Axilor Ventures, noted the growing need for scalable and personalised employee engagement solutions, expressing confidence in AdvantageClub.ai’s approach and vision.

The company, already serving users in 104 countries, plans to continue refining its AI applications, including its recently launched AI bot, Adva, which aims to deepen employee engagement through innovative solutions.
