AdvantageClub.ai, a New Delhi-based employee engagement platform, has raised $4 million in a funding round led by Axilor Ventures. This latest infusion of capital brings the company’s total funding to $11 million and includes participation from AFG Ventures, Bytez Ventures, Prasanna Sarkar (Cofounder and ex-CTO of Rippling), and existing investors.
The funds will be used to expand operations in the United States and Asia, key markets for employee engagement solutions, while also advancing the company’s AI-driven offerings. AdvantageClub.ai aims to introduce new products in wellness, including outpatient department (OPD) plans, fitness initiatives, and programmes promoting healthy habits.
