    Bayside to hire 400 employees amid expansion plans

    Goa-based Bayside Corporations (BCS), an India-based luxury real-estate firm, has unveiled ambitious hiring plans for the next two quarters. The company is set to recruit about 400 new team members for its sales division.

    With a presence of 14 years in the Indian real-estate market, the company is now shifting its focus towards selling luxury homes under its own brand. Furthermore, its recruitment strategy will primarily focus on its operations in Goa and the Chandigarh-Tricity area.

    The firm, previously engaged in marketing, investments and land acquisitions, is broadening its scope to become a key player in the luxury real-lestate sector. In addition to its current activities in Goa and Chandigarh-Tricity, BCS is poised to expand its operations into the UAE market soon.

    As per media reports, the company highlighted its rapid growth of the Indian luxury real-estate market, stating that the market had “literally quadrupled in the last year.” Furthermore, it expressed confidence that this growth would continue. Recently,

    BCS made headlines with its ambitious sales targets, aiming to exceed Rs 100 crores from its operations in Goa and Chandigarh-Tricity. This latest announcement underscores the firm’s commitment to becoming the leading real- estate consultancy and brokerage for luxury housing in India.
