Dyninno India, a part of the Dyninno Group of companies, has announced to double the number of employees in its information technology division, Dynatech, to 150 individuals. The IT division serves as the central hub for IT services for the entire Dyninno Group operating across different fields like finance, travel, and entertainment industries in 50 different markets.

Dynatech oversees a range of responsibilities and duties ranging from product development, marketing, and design to technical support and maintenance.

“We are building a team of tech professionals that will develop large-scale complex products to support the business objectives of the Dyninno Group. We want to invest in the best tech talent in India who are ready to commit to a long-term professional relationship. We recently rationalised the compensation structure to further strengthen the hiring of long-term players,” says Puneet Kumar, CTO, Dyninno India.

The recruitment will be done for the company’s global projects across its three major lines of businesses, namely travel tech, fintech, and entertainment technology. Dynnino will be looking for people for various positions such as frontend and backend development, full stack development, DevOps, technical project management, quality analysis, and global help desk, among others.

In addition to increasing its workforce at Dynatech, Dyninno India also aims to expand its operations team in the travel division, which includes roles in sales, ticketing, and customer support. To support this growth, the company also plans to open additional offices in Gurugram and Mumbai.

“Our focus on hiring and nurturing local talent demonstrates our commitment to investing in the development of the Indian tech industry. Working with a closely integrated team based in Europe and India can provide IT professionals with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals with varying skill sets and perspectives. Also, working in an environment that fosters collaboration and encourages creativity can lead to increased job satisfaction and employee engagement – this is exactly what we are aiming for,” says Alex Weinstein, co-founder, Dyninno Group of companies.
