Fixcraft, the young car after-sales services startup is working to double its manpower in the first quarter of the new financial year. With about 30 employees presently, the Company is gearing to hire 30 more and take its headcount to 60 in the first quarter of the new fiscal.

As part of its aggressive expansion plans, it will also add 10 more service centres to its network by December 2021. It will look at picking talent for its operations and technology departments, which will form the basis of the hypergrowth phase it is aiming at.

Vivek Sharma, founder and CEO, Fixcraft, is pleased by the traction the firm is witnessing, with business returning to normal post the pandemic. In his own words, “We have rigorous expansion on the cards and having refined talent is a must to sustain the same. We are on the lookout for experienced professionals for higher and mid-level positions.” The Company hopes to hire enthusiastic professionals who share its outlook “for the re-engineering of the industry.”

Most of the hiring will be for Delhi NCR initially and then gradually for other regions on the basis of need. The startup already has a strong presence within Delhi NCR and serves more than 3000 customers in partnership with 19 insurance companies. Founded in 2018, the startup further plans to widen its footprint in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana by end of fiscal 2021.
