Smytten, the tech-enabled product discovery and trial platform, is planning to expand its present team which is already about 300 strong. The Company that focusses on revolutionising the pre-purchase experience for online consumers will hire aggressively for its offices in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. It is also planning to scale up its leadership team as part of its ambitious growth plans.

We are aiming to double our current employee strength and hire across many key functions. A large part of the hiring will be for our offices across Ahmedabad & Bengaluru. We are also open to young talent fresh out of universities to join us along the journey and grow with us,” revaled Siddhartha Nangia, co-founder, Smytten.

With “will over skill” as a hiring philosophy, Smytten believes in “putting enormous effort into nurturing raw talent and mentoring them to excel in their job roles”, said Nangia.

According to him, “Working with Smytten not only exposes one to a very high-velocity online commerce world but also provides a deeper understanding of the consumer brand building and growing D2C ecosystem in India”.

Over 50 per cent of Smytten’s workforce comprises women and the Company provides a rich learning experience, fast track career growth and quick progression to people management roles for young talent.

The Company’s creativity-oriented open work culture is also data driven. Employees are allowed the freedom to explore and experience the best of the worlds.
