Hubtown has appointed Anuj Nath Galgotia as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO), bringing more than three decades of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, organisation structuring and performance management, with a career spanning real estate, construction, retail and financial services.
Galgotia joins Hubtown from DB Realty, where he served as group CHRO from September 2024. He had earlier been associated with DB Realty as vice president – human resources & administration between July 2010 and July 2013.
Before returning to DB Realty, Galgotia was CHRO at Signature Global from December 2022 to August 2024. He also served as head of human resources at JP Infra from August to December 2022 and as CHRO at CoWorX from September 2020 to September 2022.
Earlier, Galgotia was CHRO at ABans Group of Companies, where he worked from February to September 2019. He spent nearly six years with RNA Corp., serving as senior vice president & head – HR, administration & IT from July 2013 to January 2019.
His earlier career includes HR leadership roles at Larsen & Toubro, Hiranandani Group, Reliance Retail and Essar Constructions.
Galgotia began his corporate HR career with HUDCO, where he worked as senior personnel officer from 1991 to 2005.
Alongside his corporate career, Galgotia was associated with Corporate Galaxy Human Capital as co-founder and chief mentor between 2019 and 2022, focusing on people management and organisational performance.
Galgotia holds an MBA from 1990 and is an accredited trainer from IHS Rotterdam. He has also represented India at a UN roundtable on “HR for Urban Management” in Rotterdam.
