In a strategic move to strengthen its global delivery and digital transformation capabilities, Encora has appointed Shyam Enjeti as Chief Delivery Officer. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Shyam’s expertise spans areas such as cloud, AI, data analytics, application modernisation, and digital engineering. Prior to joining Encora, Shyam served as Corporate Vice President and Global Head of Delivery for Financial Services at HCLTech, where he played a key role in customer satisfaction and business growth.
In his new role at Encora, Shyam will oversee the strategic alignment of the company’s global delivery model, ensuring that talent and technological capabilities meet the evolving needs of global clients. Encora’s CEO, Anand Birje, expressed confidence in Shyam’s ability to enhance the company’s digital transformation services, highlighting his deep understanding of AI and cloud ecosystems.

Shyam holds advanced degrees in Telecommunications from George Mason University and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from RVCE, Bengaluru University, and is based in Hyderabad, India.
