El Sol Strategic Consultants, the full-service brand consultancy and growth marketing company, has been offering a week’s paid leave to all its employees annually, across its three offices in India.
Considering its employees, ‘El Souls’, as the foundation of the business, the Company has been ensuring that the team, which is about 30 strong, remain driven, focussed and result oriented, and mentally healthy.
Not only are the employees working from home, they also get to enjoy an annual break. The break has been a practice ever since the firm was launched in 2007.
Elisha Saigal, founder & CEO, El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC), believes that “it’s essential to let your team take a well-deserved break, that helps restore the much needed work-life balance”.
According to her, “as a creative agency that delves on a daily basis into the Brand Consultancy and Modern marketing world, we understand that nurturing creativity is the crux of what we do at ESSC. And so, if a week off from work helps re-balance all our work and social lives, to return fresher and sharper for the new year, I’m really glad to oblige.”
The employees enjoy an annual leave from December 25 to January 2nd, every year, over and above the sick leaves and holiday leaves.
Over the last 15 years, ESSC has not only helped several brands achieve their growth objectives, but has also expanded its presence pan India. It is currently undergoing the Stanford Seed Transformation Programme under the Stanford Graduate School of Business, which anticipates even more growth for the years to come.
