CM Khattar addresses employee grievances, promises support for helpline workers, and facilitates police employee’s rejoining

During a public interaction session held at the rest house in Karnal, Manohar Lal Khattar, chief minister addressed the representatives of the outsourced part 2 employees society, Haryana. He reassured them that their jobs were secure and encouraged them to continue their current duties while also advising them to apply for regular posts. 

The chief minister attentively listened to the personal and collective grievances presented by the employees and promptly addressed most of them on the spot. For the remaining issues, he directed the officers to ensure swift resolution.

During the session, workers from helpline centres in the district approached the chief minister with a request for priority consideration in the upcoming recruitment for the ‘Vatsalya Mission’ under the women and child development department. In response, the chief minister promised to personally discuss the matter with higher officials and assured them that their request would be taken seriously.

Furthermore, a part-time woman employee of the police department sought the chief minister’s assistance in re-joining her position. The chief minister responded promptly by instructing the superintendent of police to facilitate her immediate re-joining. The woman expressed her happiness and gratitude for the quick and decisive action taken by the chief minister.
