Lingaro Group, a global IT company, is set to recruit tech talent three times its current number from India in the coming year. This strategic move aligns with the company’s commitment to exponential growth, aiming for a 50–60 per cent increase in the current global team strength.
This recruitment drive in India centres around acquiring diverse technical expertise, encompassing roles such as data engineers, BI developers, frontend developers, machine learning and AI engineers, as well as support specialists. By boosting its acquisition process in India, the company intends to build a top-notch delivery organisation, meeting its diverse needs globally. The company strongly believes that India holds an expansive pool of technology talent and stands out as a leading global destination for technology and knowledge services. Additionally, it is the most preferred location for global capability centres (GCCs). The company foresees that in FY 2023 alone, the total number of GCCs in India is expected to reach 1,570.
