In a bid to improve employee experience, Amazon India has offered Sodexo’s digital meal benefits, powered by the Zeta platform, to its over 100,000 employees across India. Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services India, which offers 100 per cent digital Employee Motivation & Benefits Services, is already providing services to the workforces of over 11,000 companies across the public and private sectors. Its employee benefit solutions are customised to fulfil the specific needs of organisations and help them motivate their staff.

The ‘Sodexo Meal Pass’ will allow Amazon employees to use their meal benefit at the nearest eatery, popular food portals and also at office cafeterias. Not only will the employees have more choices, given the wide network that Sodexo has in the country, especially in the metros, but they will also be assured of high service standards and compliance. These benefits can be used online as well as offline though the Sodexo-Zeta app. All the employees need to do is scan QR codes to activate safe and contactless payments and enjoy great deals.

Sodexo’s Gifting & Recognition offerings comprise the Premium Pass Celebrations card for festivals and special occasions and Premium Pass Rewards card for rewards and recognition programmes. The new-age and fully digital Sodexo Multi-Benefit Pass solution helps organisations deliver benefits, such as meals, fuel, telecom, learning & development, health & wellness and so on, through just a single card. Given its wide range of employee benefit solutions suitable for all needs, Sodexo serves millions of consumers daily across over 1,700 small Indian towns and cities.
