The two companies have come together for middle- and senior-level career assessments.
HeadHonchos, a recruitment firm that specialises in senior-level appointments has tied up with the talent assessment company, Wheebox, for senior and middle level psychometric skill tests. The latter will provide an insight into the jobseekers’ potential, knowledge, skills, abilities and job performance.
These Wheebox tests will now be available on the HeadHonchos web portal where they can be easily accessed by candidates.
Nirmal Singh, founder and CEO, Wheebox, says, “The suite of assessments has been designed to identify superior performance in selection for sales and managerial positions and to drive individual development.”
The duo plan to make assessments more standardised and validated, using online tools of Projective and InTray assessments, for middle- and senior-level managers.
