    Akash Chauhan joins Chaayos as head HR

    Akash Chauhan announced his move to Chaayos as the company’s new head of HR on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 via linkedin.

    Chauhan has been an HR professional for nearly 15 years, starting off his full time career at Infosys BPO.

    He started off as associate lead responsible for talent acquisition. In his first role, he took care of the company’s entry level hiring,vendor management, talent pocket identification and development. The organisation then entrusted him with lateral leadership hiring and lateral recruitment.

    He ended his 5 year career with infosys as its lead of campus relations where he managed the campus relations with the G/B/E schools associated with the company.

    A nearly seven year stint with Urban Ladder was where Chauhan proved his mettle as an HR professional. He started off at the company as an HR Manager and within a year saw his responsibilities being expanded to talent acquisition, business partnering and strategic people initiatives as he took on the role as senior HR manager.

    Within two years of taking up that role, Chauhan was promoted to the director of HR role at Urban Ladder and soon took on the role of VP, Head of HR to round off his tenure at the company.

    A short stint at cure.fit then followed as he joined as its head of HR in 2022 for around 10 months.

    Highly skilled at recruitment, talent acquisition and team management, Akash will play an integral role in the HR function at Chaayos as its new head of HR.
