Singh will lead employee value proposition (EVP) for the multinational

AkzoNobel India, a multinational company based in Netherlands, has elevated its HR head for India sub-continent, Anushree Singh to a global role.

Starting 1 April, 2022, Singh will serve as global project manager for employer value proposition (EVP) at the multinational that creates paints and performance coatings for consumers worldwide.

In this new role, Singh will work closely with AkzoNobel’s executive committee members and global HR leadership team. Her major responsibilities will be to define and roll out an EVP that compliments the Company’s purpose-driven culture and offers a fresh work experience to its high-performing workforce worldwide.

Rajiv Rajgopal, managing director, AkzoNobel India, expressed pride over Singh’s promotion and is confident that Singh will bring about a positive change and contribute to the organisation at a larger scale.

Talking about her elevation, Singh feels privileged to learn from inspiring mentors and colleagues at AkzoNobel India, and extremely honoured to have received the opportunity.

“EVP will be a strategic tool to further provide AkzoNobel with a competitive advantage and ensure that our diverse talent continue to grow, innovate and thrive.” She added.

Singh has been with AkzoNobel since 2019, when she joined as head of human resources for the Indian Subcontinent. In her previous role, she drove several key initiatives such as new employee-oriented policies (returnee mother programme, lateral hiring and so on); giving importance to employees and their families’ physical and mental health and wellbeing during a time of uncertainty; increasing diversity and inclusion across all business functions; and ensuring employer branding and employee engagement.
