    Amit Kataria joins Minfy Technologies as CHRO

    Minfy Technologies has named Amit Kataria as CHRO for its global business. Minfy is a cloud-native system integrator company headquartered in Hyderabad, with offices across the US, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia.

    Kataria has moved in from Hanu Software where he spent close to 17 years. At Hanu, he rose up the ranks from assistant manager – HR to chief human resource officer.

    Backed by over two decades of experience, Kataria started his career with Motorola Solutions.

    According to an official communique, Kataria’s mandate will be to create ‘employee wow’ at Minfy. Besides, he will also initiate a leadership-development programme and establish a growth mindset in the Company.

    Additionally, he will build a sustainable HR business model to attract top talent who believe in Minfy’s purpose.

    Vikram Manchanda, CEO, Minfy, says in an official communique, “With his mix of experience, passion for learning and people-centric focus, Amit (Kataria) is a great addition to our organisation and will be a tremendous resource for our partners.”

    On his new assignment, an enthused Kataria says, Minfy “was formed in the cloud and is revolutionising the world of technology by not merely shaping but creating the future. My job will be to enable talent sourcing and development to the next orbit of expansion.”
