    Anil Gaur joins Uniparts India as global CHRO

    Recently, Anil Gaur joined Uniparts India as the global chief CHRO. Gaur is an illustrious HR leader who started his career in July 1990 as a personnel officer with Nicco Batteries. Now, he has completed 29 years of his professional journey in HR space.

    Having led Indian and multinational groups in engineering, FMCG, life science chemicals & pharmaceuticals and automotive, Gaur comes with best-in-class HR experience in business partnering, leadership transition & development, people capability and employee engagement.

    In the past, Gaur has worked with known brands like Maruti Suzuki, Eicher, Jubilant Life Sciences, Tata Power, Otis Elevators, Dabur India, Blue Star and more. While most of his stints have been less than two years, he spent considerable number of years with three organisations, Maruti Suzuki (7 years), Dabur (5 years), and Jubilant Life Sciences (a little less than 5 years).

    He has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from JMI, New Delhi and a post-graduation in Human Resource Management from the same institute.

    Uniparts is an Indian based global manufacturer of engineered systems and solutions. The Group is a leading supplier of systems and components for the off-highway market and operates out of six manufacturing facilities and three warehouses and one distribution facility located in 3 countries.

    In his global role, Gaur will focus on overall business transformation through innovative HR solution in the areas of leadership development, cultural transformation and value creation through people. In addition, creating integrated world where ‘silo’ thoughts and behaviors do not yield results.
