Super Smelters, the Indian steel manufacturing company, has roped in Dilip Sinha to play president and chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Till recently, Sinha was with Jindal Steel & Power as president and CHRO, Angul.
Dilip Sinha has worked with the Future Group as chief people officer for over four years, from 2008 to 2012. He then moved to Astarch Group as group head (global HR) for a year and nine months before joining Rajan Raheja Group, as group head and chief human resources officer (CHRO), in 2014.
The two years and ten months there were spent helping nurture a proactive and progressive work culture through various organisational developmental (OD) and HR interventions at the Group. During this tenure Sinha also ensured the development of quality and efficient manpower and teams across the Group companies as well as the corporate office.
November of 2017 was witness to Dilip Sinha taking on the role of head of HR at Reliance Retail. Two years later, he moved to JSW Steel as senior vice president and head-human resources. Over three and a half years later, he was picked by Vedanta Aluminium Metal for the role of chief human resources officer, in September of 2022.
From November 2024 he was with Jindal Steel & Power as president and CHRO, Angul.
His experience and expertise will definitely prove to be an asset to Super Smelters.
HRKatha wishes Dilip Sinha the very best!
