    Biz2X brings on board Vijay Kumar Jamwal as head, HR

    Biz2X, a subsidiary of Biz2Credit based in India and the provider of Digital Lending SaaS technology, appoints Vijay Kumar Jamwal as its new head of HR. With a rich experience of 18 years, Jamwal has varied HR leadership experience in industries including information technology, banking, finance, media, education, real estate, research and advisory, and consulting. He is also known for his people-centric approach in developing and expanding organisations.

    Prior to joining Biz2X, Jamwal  has worked with organisations such as HT Media, Citigroup, GlobalLogic, Impetus and Gartner. He has also provided consulting services to startups, aiding them in constructing HR infrastructure for growth and strengthening leadership skills throughout the organisation.

    In the new role, Jamwal will oversee the company’s HR operations and drive its human resources and organisational culture initiatives. Additionally, he will also work on enhancing the policies and procedures for quick skill development and leadership growth within the company. This strategic hiring aligns with Biz2X’s plans for significant growth in the coming year.

    His longest stint was with Gartner where he was associated with the company for close to 8 years. He joined the company in August 2011 as HR business partner and was responsible to manage the overall HR strategies. In January 2014, he was elevated to country manager- HR, where he was responsible for providing business HR services delivery to around 500+ associates and delivering the HR people policies in collaboration with the business leadership teams as part of the overall business, guiding business managers and HR teams to support delivery. In December 2016, Jamwal was elevated as the director-HR, where he was responsible for overall Talent Mgmt & Talent Engagement strategy for the organisation and driving it seamlessly with senior leadership from business and Global HR teams across countries like India, US, and UK.

    Prior to his stint with Gartner, Jamwal was associated with HT Media for close to four years. He served the company as senior manager-HR, working on evolving HR strategies towards identifying new business opportunities & setting new businesses.

    Earlier he had also worked with Citifinancial, GlobalLogic, and Impetus Technologies.

    Vijay holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University and has earned a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In his free time, he enjoys trekking and giving back to the community. He has been involved in rural development efforts and served as a mentor to team members at Cord India for the past 12 years.
