    Coca –Cola India elevates Nishi Chaturvedi as VP-HR

    Coca-Cola India has announced the appointement of Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi as the vice president, human resource, South West Asia. Prior to this role, Chaturvedi was director – human and workplace rights at Coca-Cola India and was responsible for the implementation of human and workplace rights.

    In her new role Chaturvedi will be responsible for talent recruitment and advancement, performance enablement and leadership development functions for the company in India and South West Asia.

    Nishi comes with experience of over 22 years. She has worked in various secotrs of the industry such as FMCG, energy and oild & gas. Prior to joining Coca-Cola India she was working as a general manager, human resource at Schnieder electric India.

    Chaturvedi completed her masters in human resource from MJP Rohilkhand university in 1995.

    After her masters she started her career in HR working with PepsiCo. She worked with PepsiCo India for more than eight years and her last designation was senior executive, human resource. During the longest stint of her career in PepsiCo she worked through multiple assignents spanning across regional HR, Plant HR and many more.

    After PepsiCo Chaturvedi moved on Baxter India and worked there for three years. After moving out of Baxter she worked with Cairn energy India as manager, human resource.
