After a successful half a decade long stint with the French software corporation, Dassault Systèmes, Prachi Mishra has taken up the role of regional head of learning – APAC, global learning and leadership, at Vanderlande. In this new assignment at the Dutch material handling and logistics automation company, Mishra will enrich its APAC personnel management team with her over 14 years of HR experience.

A postgraduate from the National Institute of Fashion technology, Mishra began her professional journey as an associate merchandiser with William E.Connor & Associates, in 2002. She worked with William E.Connor for three years before switching to Li and Fung, where she worked as a senior merchandiser till 2006.

She switched to the human resources domain after her stint with Li and Fung in 2006. She became a full-time independent corporate trainer in 2007. After two brief stints with Capita and Ecole Solitaire, she started her own training and image consulting company, Prachi Mishra Image Consulting (PMIC), in 2011.

At PMIC, she partnered with various companies such as Capgemini, Bristlecone, Boston Consulting Group, Metro Services and Vodafone to design and deliver training and coaching programmes and also manage follow-up post training.

Mishra’s association with Dassault Systèmes began in 2016, when she joined as a senior lead. She was elevated to the role of head of learning & development | diversity & inclusion leader, a role she maintained for four years before switching to Vanderlande.
