After a tenure of a little less than four years, he moved on from Apollo to Samsung Electronics. From 2016 to 2019, he served as cluster head-HR and GA ( device experience), based out of Hyderabad. He had a team of four professionals under him who admistered both HR and GA for over 250 employees across four branches in Andhra Pradesh.

From March of 2019 to August 2022, he was head HR and GA (device solutions), based out of Gurgaon.

His next stop was Navtech, as CHRO. This stint, however, was very short after which he took a break for about 10 months before he became HR advisor and mentor to Funfirst Global Skillers, helping the firm set up HR practices and processes in line with the industry best-practices in the technical and vocational training space.

He has been freelancing for 2IIM as mock interview expert, and has interviewed over 190 students through focused 1:1 sessins, to prepare them for final interviews at IIM and other reputed business schools.
