    Hitachi Payment Services elevates Manoaj Kassturia to VP-HR

    Kassturia was earlier deputy vice president-human resources at the company with which he has been associated since 2021

    Manoaj Kassturia has been elevated to the position of vice president – HR at Hitachi Payment Services.

    This Commerce graduate from University of Mumbai is also an alumnus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

    He began his professional journey in 1999 as a humble senior HR executive with Tata Finance. Two years later, he moved to Kotak Life Insurance in a similar capacity. In 2003, he joined Tata Mutual Fund as an HR manager. Two and a half years later, he moved to Networth Stock Broking as general manager-HR.

    Tata Capital Forex appointed him assistant vice president-HR in December of 2007.

    Over seven years into this role, he was elevated to business HR head (AVP-HR).

    June of 2015 saw joining Khaitan & Co. . For the next three years, he was responsible for two roles, business HR for shared function and lead for HR operations and complete digitisation of HR function.

    He was back with Tata Mutual Fund to play AVP-HR from 2018 to 2019. After a brief foray into consultancy, he began his association with Hitachi Payment Services in April of 2021. He joined as assistant vice president-human resources looking into digitisation of end-to-end employee life cycle and establishing paperless HR process. Over five years into this role, he was promoted to deputy vice president-HR, in April of 2022. Now, over four years and two months into this role, he has been elevated to vice president.

    HRKatha is confident that Manoaj Kassturia’s 25 years of experience will continue to be an asset to Hitachi Payment Services, the payment solutions company.

    In his elevated role, he will be tasked with driving the people strategy at the company.
