Shikha Dhillon has joined Decimal Technologies as its head of human resources. Dhillon was earlier heading the HR function at HT Media’s radio and entertainment business. With over 17 years of experience in HR, Dhillon specialises in talent management, leadership & organisation development, performance management, as well as merger & acquisition projects.
In her new role at Decimal Technologies, Dhillon will head the complete gamut of responsibilities for the people function, including advocacy, advisory and execution. She will also lead employee engagement, performance management, sourcing and hiring, manpower planning and other HR initiatives.

After completing an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, Dhillon joined Tech Mahindra in 2004 and spent three years with the company. The last position she served there was that of senior executive HR. Moving on from Tech Mahindra, Dhillon joined Computer Science Corporation (CSC) as assistant manager – HR and worked with the Company for close to two years. In 2018, CSC merged with Enterprise Services Business to form what is now known as DXC Technology.
In 2009, Dhillon joined NOKIA Networks as the regional head for talent, leadership and organisational development, for India.
After gaining some experience in the IT services and telecom sector, Dhillon chose to move to media and entertainment in 2016, joining STAR TV as the head of business HR for entertainment and ad sales. Two years later, she moved to HT Media, in 2018.
Excited to begin her new role, Dhillon shares, “Fintechs are gaining prominence in India and globally, and the same is true for Decimal Technologies. Along with this growth comes an increase in the workforce and the need for a balanced, empowering and engaging work environment. With my extensive experience, I aim to foster the company culture and build future leaders within Decimal Technologies, who will further the Company’s expertise in the field,” shares Dhillon.
