    JLL India elevates Meenu Chopra to director-talent acquisition

    She joined JLL India, the real-estate professional services firm in 2020

    Meenu Chopra is thrilled to have been elevated to the position of director-talent acquisition, JLL India, JBS. Her association with JLL began when she joined the the professional services firm—that specialises in real estate and investment management—in 2020, as talent acquisition (TA) lead.

    For three years, she successfully led TA-sourcing strategies; managed trained and evaluated the recruiting team and measured recruitment metrics for monitoring performance among other responsibilities. By January 2023 she was elevated to talent acquisition director-projects and transitions. This is her second promotion since she joined.

    An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Chopra holds a master’s degree in human resources and a diploma in travel and tourism from the South Delhi Polytechnic for Women.

    From 2007 to 2008, she worked as principal consultant at HRTMS, a job description software company, based out of Noida.

    In 2009, she joined Golder Associates Consulting India, as human development consultant for a period of almost four years. She then did a short stint with Confidential, as senior manager-HR.

    Her next stop was Flipkart.com, where she served as lead-talent acquisition for a little less than two years, based out of Bangalore.

    November of 2016 saw her joining Compass Group India as senior manager-talent acquisition. This stint lasted over three years during which she successfully partnered with the business and built a world-class talent-acquisition team.

    Known for her great connecting skills, Meenu Chopra’s detail-oriented approach is sure to stand her in good stead in her new role. HRKatha wishes her all the best.
