Tanvi Chaturvedi will now play chief executive officer at Jombay, the HR services company she has been associated with for over nine years now.
She began her career as an associate consultant with Quadrangle Consulting Services in 2008. She then obtained a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge before joining Pearson in 2011, as product development lead, Pearson Talent Assessment-Talent Lens India.
Over a year and a half into this role, based out of Bengaluru, she was elevated to certified master trainer (talent products), Pearson Talent Lens India. For the next four and a half years she was responsible for product certifications, psychological research (using quantitative and qualitative techniques), as well as psychometric test adaptations.
After spending over six years with Pearson she became managing partner at MindSprouts Solutions, a social and organisational psychology firm that supports companies around the world to identify, track and nurture their human resource, in 2013.
It was in October of 2017 that took up the role of director-people growth at Jombay. A year and a half into this role she was elevated to talent assessment-global practice and business leader, and chief psychologist. Another promotion made her head-talent advisory and research|chief psychologist|product development and innovation.
Since August this year she had been playing CEO designate till Jombay announced her appointment as CEO this month.
Passionate about understanding the human and talent psyche and translating those insights into meaningful organisational growth, Tanvi Chaturvedi will help strengthen AI-led talent intelligence, assessment capabilities, and scientific solutions across employee lifecycle at Jombay.
