Mitalee Dabral, former vice president – HR, ShareChat, has joined Wayfair, the e-commerce company, as country HR leader.
An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Dabral served as manager – HR, Patni Computers in the initial years of her career, for over six years. As HR generalist, she took care of employee development, HR operation functions at Bangalore. In 2010, she moved to Infosys Technologies, as unit HR manager for almost two and a half years.
Her next stop was Accenture, where she joined as AVP – HR, leading HR service delivery for India corporate functions for almost three years, based out of Bengaluru. In 2015, she moved to Ola, as director – HR business partner. For the next three years, she was HR business partner for Olacare, corporate functions and cab operations ROI. She successfully drove performance management, total rewards management, employee-engagement activities, compliance and policy matters.
From 2018 to 2019 , she served as global head – human resources, AXISCADES, based out of Bengaluru. It was in 2020 that she joined ShareChat as VP – HR.
Dabral also holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature, sociology, and ancient Indian history.
Those who have worked with her acknowledge her as a natural leader, who inspires not just her team but the entire organization to strive for excellence. She is appreciated for her attention to detail and go-getter attitude. Her infectioius enthusiasm and ability to think out of the box is sure to be an asset in her new assignment at Wayfair.
